    The Pavilion is ideally located in Tower Hill, enabling easy access in and out of the City. This unique structure has been designed to create a turnkey meetings and conference facility.

    The Pavilion is the perfect venue for those looking to create an engaging, interactive event. A large dining area offers clear sight lines and includes two large screens and projectors as well as a sophisticated sound and lighting package all included in the venue price. An on site technician and event manager will be on hand to support the conference throughout.

    Breakout spaces and smaller meeting spaces can be created by screening off an adjacent reception area. Should you require further meeting rooms there is an opportunity to book rooms within the Tower of London itself.

    Conferences can be followed by a seated dinner or buffet provided by Create Food & Party Design.

  • The purpose-built Pavilion can be hired on a venue only basis, allowing you to put your own stamp on this exclusive event space. We are more than happy to work with your preferred caterers and suppliers, having approved your plans in advance.

    Ultimate Experience can be involved in your event as little or as much as you want. Alternatively you can discuss your specific needs with our team to create a bespoke event.

    Hire of the marquee includes:

    • Exclusive facility hire and ground hire from 09:00 – midnight (23:30 on Sundays)
    • Existing lighting – pin spots for dining tables, disco and atmospheric lighting
    • AV system – two large screens and projectors, PA System, stage and lectern
    • Cool air system
    • Luxury WCs
    • Dining furniture – 700 chairs and 70 x 5ft round tables
    • Occasional furniture – sofas, low tables and garden furniture
    • Existing power requirements
    • Dedicated venue manager
    • Cleaning of marquee after the event
